World Science Festival

Since 2022, we’ve partnered with the World Science Festival, enabling UK-based interviewees to participate in studio productions recorded in NYC. Traditionally, this endeavour would pose logistical challenges and incur significant costs. However, with our innovative video streaming services, distance becomes irrelevant.

Utilising state-of-the-art technology and robust network infrastructure, we facilitate real-time video streaming from the UK to other countries. This enables seamless collaboration, regardless of physical location. Our streaming platform allows interviews to take place via the internet, with professional studio setups in each country recording the sessions. High-quality footage is transferred overnight for next-day editing.

Break boundaries: Virtual Studios by MGL Media

Physicist, Julian Barbour being streamed to New York

Recently, we streamed interviews with physicist Julian Barbour from his country cottage and mathematician Sir Roger Penrose from Oxford University’s Mathematical Institute boardroom. Each location presented unique challenges, yet on-screen, they maintain the consistent, high-quality look of a TV studio. The footage is then edited into a virtual studio with physicist Brian Greene as the interviewer, incorporating graphics and video clips for an engaging final product.
